Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate sponge topped with either marshmallow or plain frosting. These chocolaty treats are dusted in hot chocolate with a sprinkle of mini marshmallows.
Turkish Delight

Chocolate sponge with a hint of rose water and complementing frosting. Finished with Turkish delight thins.
Rosewater

Rosewater sponge topped with pink frosting delicately flavoured with rosewater.
Chocolate Orange

Chocolate orange flavoured sponge topped with chocolate and orange zest frosting. Decorated with a chocolate orange segment.
Carrot & Walnut

A lighter take on the traditional carrot and walnut cake topped with either cream cheese or vanilla frosting. A choice of fondant carrots or walnut segments as decoration. (Please note cream cheese frosting must be kept refrigerated.)
Ginger

Moist sponge with a warming ginger spice topped with vanilla or cream cheese frosting. (Please note cream cheese frosting must be kept refrigerated).
